Just a thought since this DLC definitely sounds like its about the Reapers and the current theme in the Evolution comic (despite how long ago it takes place) just give me that vibe...

KNOWN: There will be a new achievement badge for “Covert Action – Rescue Dr. Amanda Kenson without attracting hostile attention.” SOURCE: Data entries in the patch for the PS3 version of the game, published on this forum in the original post of this thread by Vamplosion.
KNOWN: Dr. Amada Kenson is scientist from the University of Arcturus who has published a paper declaring that most mass relays are far, far older than then Protheans, so much older that the same species couldn’t have built them. SOURCE: Cerberus Daily News – last entry before going on hiatus. (01.24.11)
KNOWN: There are data entries for a new star system in the Alternate Appearance Pack 2, at least in the PC version. The new system is: Viper Nebula, with the Bahak System in it. The Bahak system has five planets: Clogon, Aratoht, Yunaca, Urnola and Bastzuda. There is a goal marker for “Save Dr. Kenson,” but no indication of which planet. All planets are listed as under batarian surveillance and most are inhabited. SOURCE: Thanks to didymos1120 and charmingcharlie (plus any others I don’t know about.) for confirming this on this thread.
KNOWN: The Bahak System is the same system where there was a testy situation between the Earth Systems Alliance and the Batarian Hegemony. The system’s in the Skyllian Verge. SOURCE: Cerberus Daily News (01.22.11 and 01.23.11. No other entries.)
A frigate from the batarian colony of Aratoht discovered an Alliance cruiser, the SSV Budapest, in the Bahak system. The Alliance claimed the Budapest chased pirates into batarian space.
(Note: On Earth, there is a widely recognized rule of “hot pursuit” that allows a nation to pursue pirate into the territorial waters of another country.)
The Budapest eventually left Batarian space, averting a worse crisis. The Alliance refused to release the ship’s logbooks to support the pirate claim.
For every planet, EDI gives the same warning: “The Batarian Hegemony considers any presence of Alliance military vessels in batarian space as hostile. The Normandy SR2, while an independent vessel, strongly resembles the Normandy SR1, an Alliance ship. Use of stealth systems is highly recommended.”
Each of the planet descriptions let you know how intense its spy satellite surveillance is.
THEREFORE: Kenson is in batarian space and the Alliance can’t send in a rescue without risking a clash.
KNOWN: The Normandy is a Cerberus ship that’s fast and stealthy. Its chances of getting caught are lower than a normal vessel and the consequences of it being caught – as long as you’re not on it – aren’t as dire (diplomatically) as the capture and destruction of an alliance ship. It also has EDI, which betters its odds, and Joker.
SPECULATIVE: Note also the mission objectives: “Covert Action – Rescue Dr. Amanda Kenson without attracting hostile attention.” That may only require slipping into the system unseen. Or it may require stealth in the ground mission itself. Kasumi and Thane could come in very handy here – or even Shepard, if s/he’s an infiltrator.

You know what would be awesome? Instead of Chris Lennertz, Clint Mansell makes the score for this DLC just to give us a sample of what he'll do for ME3. Unlikely, but just a coll thought.

MAYBE; In the DLC, the "Leviathan of Dis" is found in a Batarian planet and revived, pitting the Normandy against it, who is revealed to be an ancient Reaper, but the Reaper wins and destroys the Normandy SR-2. The Reapers then arrive and the true ME3 ending starts.

I wanna know more! I say that the achievement/trophie of "Honest Hearts" is inviting Kaidan/Ashley to the Normandy, like Liara in LotSB.

"HONEST HEARTS" is not an achievement. It's DLC 2 for Fallout New Vegas. I was talking about Fallout.

Bioware is having too much of a parade with this thread to close it. The mod that closes it will get fired, no doubt. As for the producers, this was a publicity stunt. They didn't "accidentally" release a patch containing new trophies/achievements. That really is not possible because they would be here cleaning that mess up... but no one has said anything against this HUGE, 2 day, almost 90 page long thread. In the no-spoilers section also, so they want people to see it. They threw us a bone, and a very well done one at that. This maketing trick worked wonders for the forums as well. People are back and talking ME again.
And I was beggining to think all marketing depatments were starting to suck (commercials these days don't make any sense). Good job BW, very well don indeed.

I doubt this is an actual marketing ploy, but after seeing how big this became and how far it spread Bioware probably thought they might as well spin it that way.Pwener2313 wrote...
