Don't know if I can pick a favorite... but:
1. Humanity
2. Krogan

Least favorite:
Volus
I mean, REALLY... What do they do? They're the Wall Street Traders of The Milky Way. So what?

Favorite: Asari, obvious reasons. I guess I'm just shallow.



Least favored: Volus. All of these guys seem like underhanded swindlers and liars, Jalheed and the volus who accuses the quarian of stealing his credit chit come to mind.



However, the exceptions to this are Barla Von because he's very civil and proper, and then Niftu Cal because he's a biotic god.

Most favorite: Turians. Most clever alien design with their articulated jaw movement and biological and cultural history

Least favorite: Asari. Their appearance and culture mirrors humans too much to suspend disbelief. Their military history is appropriate for their lifespans though

Favorite: Krogan, Geth, and Human.
Krogan are just plain Bad Ass, i don't care what you say.
The Geth are very interesting, and Legion is awesome.
And Humans, well, because I am one, lol. Anyone notice that Humans are the only race with hair?
Hated: Salarians and Quarians.
Salarians annoy me, Mordin and Kirahee being the ONLY exceptions.
Quarians have an interesting past, but their voices just hurt my ears. I want to shoot any Quarian who opens its mouth(if they even have mouthes)

Least favorite: Vorcha (cannon fodder species) Volus (do they have any uses other then complaining?) Batarians (racist, slavers, 'nuff said)



Favorite: Turians (they look interisting) Asari (unique to other species) Geth (there's just something about them...) Drell (perfect memory, and they are just so....interesting) Quarians (a mystery, and they have a colorful past) Rachni ('nuff said)



So-so: Krogan (they have quite the past) Hanar (uh....) Prothean (don't know much about them, but they are quite different) Human (again, 'nuff said) Salarian (they are different and interesting) Elcor (um....)

Favorite: Quarians/Geth

I list them both because I wouldn't like the quarians nearly so much without the geth. It's largely because they created the geth that I hold the quarians in such high regard, so I'm really not sure whether my greatest appreciation ultimately belongs to them or the geth.

Least Favorite: Hanar/Krogan

It's like everything irrational and bad about humanity was condensed and then split into these two. I can't take it.

As sci-fi alien tropes go, the differently-colored space babes are surprisingly uncommon, I think, all things considered.

Not that they should ever be around, exobiologically speaking. Just saying I don't find them to be as ubiquitous as many seem to imply.

The most interesting race is clearly The Turians... BioWare designed them well and Saren and Garrus are one of my favourite characters in a video game. 

The most annoying race are without a doubt are The Batarians, Volus and Asari...

The Asari are just too...'Normal'... They are just like humans but have blue color skin and a different head shape... They aren't unique like Turians or The Drell...

Batarians: God... Hate their voice, hate their face and you can't see the difference of the males and the females...

Volus: Everyone look exactly the same...Swindlers... Always breathe in the middle of a sentence...

Fav: Turians and Quarians



Lest Fav: Asari- I don’t hate the Asari, and their are some serious BAMFs among them but in general I don’t particularly them and I don’t like the blue, tentacle headed, space babe thing.



I didn’t like thane or his son bu haven’t meet enough Drell to know whether or not I would like them as a race. Vorcha so far are just amusing cannon fodder.
