I morphed Alistair in the toolset, used the same hair though, but there is clipping at the top of the head during cutscenes. I don't see it any other time. How do I fix this? Any ideas. It's really annoying since it is the vanilla hair and I used the Alistair face (75%). I should be able to fix it in the toolset but can't find out how. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not really sure what you mean when you say you used the vanilla hair, and the Alistiar face 75%?
Also what kind of clipping? Can you describe the problem a little more detailed?
