You won't like it but short of contacting EA I pretty much doubt anyone here can help you in any meaningful way. Several things do spring to mind though.
(1) Getting a Collector's edition now must have cost you a bit, especially if it's new.
(2) If new you could try the codes as they haven't been used, and according to some experiences on the forums 'expired' codes have been known to work. Might be worth seeing if anyone can verify that.
(3) If bought secondhand I'd be very sceptical about trying to redeem. Goodness knows what might happen if the servers detect an attempt to use a redeemed code.

(4) I highly doubt anyone would have a spare code to give. Not saying impossible, just highly improbable.
