Okay, so I used GOG.com to download Bladur's gate the original saga.

I want to use a custom picture; but I can't figure out where to put the Pictures folder.

Just into the Baldu's Gate main folder, which should be something like C:\\\\Games\\\\GOG\\\\Baldur's Gate or any other folder you choose outside of Program Files (installing into Program Files might give you all sort of problems if you use Vista or Windows 7, as they tend to mess around with the files inside that folder 'for your own protection'). The folder should be named 'portraits' and you can find your custom pics in the character creation screen after restarting the game once you put your pictures there. If you download any custom pics, make sure they save as bitmap.

And what the grmmbl are you doing with my portrait .

ussnorway: good to see you back on this on forum! I thought you were one of this who hadn't made the transition from the old fora, but you've been around since dec. 2009 I see.
