Something else to report while playing on my copy of the game besides the dialogue cutting off. Kasumi during her loyality mission lost half of her textures. It was fixed after i saved and reloaded.
I had that happen several times to me, but pre-patch. I'm sure it still happens post-patch, but I found a way to avoid Kasumi's weird texture glitch. Let me guess, it happens during the scene where you and Kasumi enter Hock's vault for the first time, right?
The bad textures on the Overlord missions are a known issue pre-patch. I've noticed slightly shorter times on the Normandy, not longer. I'm keeping an eye out for cutscenes skipping themselves or any cut off dialogue. So far after starting a new game and going through every scene in the Citadel, I've noticed nothing, but I'll keep an eye out.
I'm wondering if a lot of these problems were always present pre-patch, or if they have to do with bad copies of the game.
P.S. I own the disc copy of the game. Thanks to the guy below for suggestiing we state that.

As for me, I haven't played the post-patch game long enough to discover any glitches. It seems to me that the conversation skipping was already happening pre-patch, as I occasionally had moments where a spoken line was cut off before I downloaded the patch. Also, I'm not really noticing improved load times. I notice that the game pauses to load whenever I head to Mordin's room immediately after exiting the galaxy map, and this still happens. I don't mind too much, since I tend to use the time spent loading to do stuff on my computer. I own the PSN version, by the way, and I never encountered the save bug.

My first run on normal went perfectly smooth, except for a minor graphical glitch on the firewalker mission; however, after a couple of reloads i never experienced it again.
I've only experienced the previously mentioned glitches on Insanity.
Hopefully this information helps, i'll try it a few more times to see if anything changes.
edit: i forgot to mention that my insanity run is NG+ ; i'm aware this patch was not suppose to fix NG+ but i thought it would still help.

- Loading seems a bit longer
- The performance (chugging, framerate stutter) seems to have dipped here and there while in battle. I don't notice it until I have to reload due to a death or something. I'm also currently playing Insanity.
Beyond that, that has caused any issuest. Haven't had it freeze yet, so that's good. I'm hoping the next patch will up the performance a bit, fix up Overlord's ground textures, grant weapons and armor pieces in NG+, and fix the Insanity trophy once and for all. I'll be happy as a clam then.

Some dialogues are cut before finished ( usualy last word is lost, happens REALLY often), Nintendo 64 quality textures in Overlord during M44 ride. Some random audio shuttering for 1-2 secs, a few fps slowdowns(nothing major), insanely long loading especially on normandy.
I am running Ps3 slim

Make patches since devs are too lazy to do things right anymore but make them avail for download if the player actually needs it. Don't try to add things to patches either. Thhis should be only done with a seperate update for everyone.

So post-patch, the game has gotten horrible for me. The fps is absolutely terrible. During Grunt's loyalty mission, everything came to a slow chug. My shepard would literally jump across the screen, the same effect you get during online matches with lag on multiplayer games. Everywhere else, the framerate just plummets. This is especially bothersome during combat.
As others have noted, my dialogue will also cut off midway. Combined with the already buggy cutscene sound effects, and it really destroys the level of immersion that this game offers. I feel so separated from the action on screen now.
I didn't have the save bug on my play through, and the game had only frozen on me once. Now, with this forced patch, it has really made the game less satisfying for me. NEW PATCH please!

Now this forum is glitchy. I have to write this again: Happened early game for me. Playing on Hardcore. 1st freeze happened in the Dark Star on the Citadel. Next freezes happened during Kasumi's loyalty mission, during the fighting.
Anyone have instructions on how to uninstall the patch and re-install the cerburus pack?

I managed to finish the game with my male soldier Shepard just prior to the patch being released. The sound was a little glitchy (words being cut off) but was otherwise playable. Occassionally I suffered freezes or graphics completely going psychadelic, but nothing a reboot couldn't fix. I certainly didn't experience the game corruption, thankfully.
I've since started a new game, this time with a female vanguard Shepard, and I'm quite honestly amazed at the loss of quality and general sloppiness this patch has produced. The following were encountered up to and including the missions to recruit Mordin and Garrus on Omega:
- Sound cutting off sentences happens more frequently
- In the cutscene where Shepard was talking to the Blue Suns leader in the quest to recruit Garrus, the camera was positioned inside Miranda's head (FWIW, the other team member was Zaeed)
- Shepard completely disappearing during one cutscene's conversation on the Cerberus station
- Audio was badly out of synch when Shepard had her drinking session with Dr. Chakwas
- low frame rate/general choppiness while battling to start the fans in Mordin's mission
- constant failure to charge to cover (pressing the button to charge and Shepard would just run as normal) on Mordin's mission
- patch has seemingly failed to improve loading screen times
I've since put the disc back into the box and refuse to play it in such a mediocre quality.
Sorry to be such a complainer on my first post, but honestly I'm getting cheesed off with games companies' "release now, fix later" attitudes. If they expect me to fork up £50 for their products, then I deserve something of quality in return.

No freezes, or any other problems though.
I turned off auto-save and both connections to the bioward feedback and EA servers.

1) Framerate drops drastically in certain points of combat (Not always intense combat either)
2) Audio lags from the video in most cutscenes and audio skipping is very common now
3) When a ME2 character is imported, not all of the bonuses are given to the player for importing.
4) Geometry problems (Stuck in cover, walls, or even nothing)
5) Texture problems in the Project Overlord DLC (Especially the Hammerhead parts of the DLC)
6) Loading times increased instead of decreased (Most noticeablly on the Normandy)
7) Conversation problems (Conversation will end for no reason or Shepard will dissappear from view)
8) Trophies not earned when player has successfully achieved the goal to unlock it.
So there you go, your move BioWare.

BioWare it seems everyone is getting the same problems along with a few new bugs to boot. So I'm gonna put it in a nice neat package so you can see what needs to be fixed.

this pretty much sums up everything i''ve encountered. thank you.
