I have my gamertag linked to my EA account here, but it was miraged to another country and cannot download DLC from EA anymore. My new gamertag for the next year while I wait for Microsoft to let me mirage back (<.<) is I guess assigned to another EA account automatically? So can I assign my new gamertag to my EA account until next year so my Dragon Age 2 DLC is with my Dragon Age Origins DLC on the same account so I can download it and play it before next year? Not sure if I'm really clear here, but I really want my staff and all the other DLC I earned by preorder and other stuff playable when I get the game. Please Help!

Not sure If its possible to link you gamer tags, Unless you go into your EA account and add a Gamertag to EA account. Not really sure about it though.

I might be mistaken but I think the accounts are partly to do with the email you are using for them. If you're using a different email to your EA account for your new Gamertag then I think you could contact EA about it if you've already tried the above suggestion.

I didn't change it for the hell of it... I changed it because it migrated to another country so I can't play on Xbox LIVE basically... I'd use my old gamertag if I could but I can't

I assume you're responding to the suggestion of not changing your Gamertag rather than email linked with your Gamertag. If you're changing your email, for whatever reason, that's up to you.
Though I am confused as to why a Gamertag cannot be used in another country, regardless of whether you have access to XBox Live or not.
If the country doesn't have XBox Live, I'm not sure what a new Gamertag can do to help you access dlc. My first thought is...you just don't access to it regardless of Gamertag. I'm sure I'm wrong, but I just can't see it.
If you have to use a different Gamertag because you're in a different country it still sounds as if you'll need EA to consolidate your accounts. Mccoyn is right about that, but you've given no indication as to whether you've done that or not. My own suggestions are at a limit, but given time I might search the forums a bit. We can't do the process for you; we've given suggestions which we think can help solve your issue, but you do need to try it.
