I run with:
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit
Gateway LX6810-01
Intel Core Quad processor Q8200 2.34 GHz
8G of RAM
and lastly, my video card(which I found under device manager?) NVIDIA GeForce GT 120
I tried to compare mine to the recomended one, and it sucks ass. Will it run ok? What do I have to go through to upgrade?
Thanks in advance

You have nothing to worry about
@Poopjunkie (really? POOPjunkie?..ok, whatever)
Check out newegg.com, I've always found the best deals there.
Newegg.com
EDIT**
You're card is decent...and I say that hesitantly. The bit-rate will be your bottleneck, but you've got the low end of the recommended settings.
I don't know...I'd keep it and see how the game plays and determine after that.
@CroCelzus
The HD3850 is a lower end card now-a-days. How high res are you looking for? I don't think you will be able to get much better than low-med settings.

Yes, I think I need to upgrade. Any suggestions? I'm open to anything
A new power supply, 600watt. That will allow you access to the entire field of video cards. At that point it's a matter of how much you want to spend. Less than $150 card, in theory game is not out yet, should be able to max settings. Since you have a Gateway you're going to want to google other people who have upgraded your model. I have no idea what it's like in there.

Well, basically 1680-1050 is what i play most games on, and most games worked with that card... but I was wondering if i trimmed the details to say, medium, would it still work on that res?

From what I can tell (without knowing all your other hardware) I can't see that being a problem. As long as you've got the memory and the CPU for it, I think the 3850 should be fine for the med settings. It IS an older card however...and I really don't know until its actually been tested playing the game, so my recommendation again would be just to sit tight and wait for the game to come out and then make a decision.

Ok, looking at Newegg I found:

Its not, and that is actually a little bit of a worse card.
Your interface is a PCI-E 2.0, and that card is an AGP.
I highly recommend just waiting, you might be pleasantly surprised at how well you're computer runs the game.

Cut&pasted from the group:
4670 ($69, $54 after rebate; free shipping)
low-power 9800GT ($95, $75 after rebate; free shipping)
4770 ($110, $95 after rebate)
These should all probably be OK on your current PSU.
But note that the GT120 = 9500GT, which is good for about medium settings. The 4670 may not be enough of a performance jump to be worth it... The 9800GT will, for sure, though.

For DAO, this is very wrong. 3850 512mb=recommended level, high settings. Even the 256mb model should manage medium settings easily.

How does this look

That's pratically identical to the card you have now, it just has a different name. Look at the suggestions flem1 posted, they're all good options.

I said it cause 1) I wasn't sure what else he had in his system and 2) its an AGP card, so the transfer rates are going to be slower than on a PCIe card...so I was shooting from the hip. That is why I told him to sit tight and wait to see how the game plays on his system.
@ Poopjunkie
If you're really interested in dropping in a new graphics card into your motherboard, id suggest looking at true Tech Forums, like Tom's Hardware or Anandtech. They probably have a How-To all set for you.
