Does anyone know how to sync your 360 Account to the BioWare Account?  I have looked for an answer and tried to get it synced but for some reason I am unable to find a way to upload my info onto the BioWare site.  If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreicated.

You have to sign up for an EA account on EA.com and make sure to use the same email address for that account that you used to sign up for Xbox live. (Also possibly important that the email match the one you used to sign up for this forum, can't remember exactly.) In other words, use the same email for ALL.

Once you've done that, you can link your Xbox live gamertag to the EA.com account and then your characters/data will be able to upload. One thing to keep in mind though, character pictures and initial data are uploaded ONLY at the point of character creation. If you aren't already properly linked up and create a character, it will never upload. Only new characters going forward will. Achievements and the like, however, will upload no matter what.

You have to go through the game settings and put in the email address as @Wicked 702 says and make sure your XBOX live is connected to the interenet otherwise it won't update anything.



Also be aware that no game shots will be uploaded from XBOX only the character info and initial screenshot (depends on when the account connects for the first time)

Is there a specific schedule for when console character updates occur? I uploaded my character two days ago, but the information hasn't changed since then. My Achievements have been updating, but none of my game's other information is changing.

I'm also experiencing this problem, although it's only showing characters that I made months ago, and not any of my newer ones. I also get an error on this site saying that it is unable to connect to the server, yet my game is able to.

I have my tag synced with my bioware account, but where I can see my achievements and promotions and whatnot, my characters aren't linked at all. How to I get my character on here?
