I heard that Thane can still call Femshep Siha even if you didn't have a romantic relationship with him.
anybody knows how?

just be friendly with him, ME2 has very clear points at which you can select friend only or lover route. with thane - its a choice between "I want you" and "you still have your son"

If you do not choose the "I want you, Thane" option, Thane begins to call female Shepard Siha.
This occurs during the fifth conversation (which is the second to last conversation if you don't do his romance) with him. You must have his loyalty.
He does not explain what Siha means to Shepards who do not romance him.

Exactly. In my playthroughs where I haven't romanced Thane, he always calls her "siha" and says he'll explain, but never does.
