So I'm just starting ME2 and I have a bunch of .exes and I've installed them, but I don't see a handy list of things I own and don't own in ME2 like Dragon Age had.

I'm not sure if I bought and didn't download anything else, any way to determine it?

On these forums, click on profile -> registered game promotions.

That will tell you every DLC you are eligable for.
