get applied to each platform?
As in If I complete the demo on xbox, will I get the items for both xbox and pc?
Do bonus items from demo...

Click on "Profile" and then click the tab "Your registered game promotions".
When you do this you will get a list of all items (dlc) that you aquired for you're bioware games.
As an example: Staff of Parthalan. This is a bonus item for Dragon Age 2 which can be obtained by signing up for the newsletter of Bioware. On the list "Your registered game promotions" i can see that it will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC/Mac. So it's not unthinkable that it will be available for both platforms.
