The point is: if the difference between the three classes is just "killing people with a different skill", I don't see a good reason to replay the demo...Lord Drakkul wrote...

Well, my overall feeling after playing the demo is that I am less interested in DA2 than I was before, because it does not go in the direction of the kind of RPG I like, for the reasons I wrote above.
So, if the demo was published with the aim of getting people more excited about the game, well, for my case it failed.
I may add that I played it only as a mage. I had the distinct impression that it wouldn't have changed much if I had replayed it with a rogue or a warrior, and this is not a flattering feeling...
P.S.: I wrote I liked the graphics, which is true, but I agree with those who say that it seems you lack "weight" in combat.
You might find some enjoyment out of the other 2 classes. The demo wasnt really geared to be difficult, so it'll seem too easy on any one of the classes, but I found rogue to be interesting. Warrior felt pretty dull to me, but perhaps you'd like it.
I suppose, but you just described every game out there where you kill things and have a choice of class. In my case though, killing things as a Warrior is not as enjoyable as killing things as a Rogue or Mage. It took me playing through the class types to find the "style" of killing that suited me. So the point of my response was that maybe Mage didn't float your boat, but one of the other 2 would.
