My lappy plays the demo ok.

I found a bug with the demo. The cursor will sometimes remove the attack option for the character if you are holding down the tab button. I had to release the tab button and switch between two characters to get the attack option back for the first character. Not sure if it is a bug, but if you are trying to upgrade a character from their avatar, that is currently not selected, the game won't let you. You will be able to get into the character screen, but it will kick you out when you try to upgrade them.

Are people saying this?  I'd rather have it this way than press A to auto attack and do nothing while my abilities are cooling down.

You quoted me out of context.  I wasn't saying ME is a 1st person shooter, rather commenting on many comments on these boards after the initial release of ME 2 where all the haters would say that.

I know Demonoid has the German version ready to go for a torrent - since the demo could be considered freeware I wouldn't see a problem with it. It's not like you're pirating anything. Actually I strongly recommend BioWare to offer official torrents so the community can help itself out.

BitTorrent =/= illegal per definition. It's a P2P solution. I'm surprised it's not being taken advantage of already.

Forgot to ask, any other players feel like the arrows (shot onto you by the mobs) look weird on the player character's body? At first I was wondering if something was wrong with my hardware (Xbox 360), but I think that's how the arrows are supposed to be when your characters are turning and twisting so fast from attacking. I hope this made sense.

It's a good thing I Like Hack and Slash games like DW and N3. ALthough the lack of combos and the cool down on special attacks makes pressing the A button over and over and over and over really boring.



They should have left the auto pilot basic attack in. Also the camera is now too close. The DAO camera allowed for a better view of the battle.



I'll still be getting it because I do enjoy Hack & Slash. And I liked DAO.But this feels more like it should be a spin off IP not a sequel to Origins. It's more like the Halo Wars of DA, the same familiar universe and creatures, just a different style of game



There are more options for character creation than expected, but they're all locked in the demo So I couldn't play around with them. And I don't understand why the inventory was locked in the demo. Seemed silly to me. What's the point of looting the dead if I can't equip new items?

Big, big dissapontment, what is this, WoW??? I preordered this game but want my money back. Besides the bugs, cant hear what the characters say when speaking, although gamesound is ok, if I reconfigure the keys it wont work properly, like all other games made for game consols and then adapted to PC. This is a rip off!!!

Must say I'm not pleased with the control feel on the PC, but then again I never bought DA:O because of it.

I played though mage, warrior and rogue on 360 and I have to say this feels like Dragon Effect... I miss the old play style that Origins had! Still the game was fun I liked how you now have a option for being funny lol the only problem I have was about the Mage class is how slow your heal spell takes to come off cool down... o well! Now to download it for PS3 and play it on PC!

Blizzard has been using it for their patches for years now. Really handy.

Blizzard has been using it for its patches for years now. Really handy.
