Demo version constantly crashes at OS. For the first time, before meeting with the second ogre. The second time, before the cut-scene with templar. Who were some crashes at the system? I hope they fix it.

While i attempt to play the demo, it says that "d3dx9_43.dll was missing at the computer" can anyone help me with this?

Gamermod the item comes after you get the original game not at the demo. And you need to be logged in EA Account

Looks like it's a DirectX9 issue.
Try re-installing DX9 from here.

I recongised Flemmy instantly. The whole dragon transformation gave it away if you played Morrigan's sub quest in DA:O.

Had to repeat the download 'bout 10 times, internet problems. Some of you might think that 300 kb/s is slow, well, I don't really think you should be complaining; I have a maximum speed of 230 kb/s.

I can't get the demo to stay online through an entire playthrough, it always disconnects at some point while I'm playing and doesn't register that I've completed it. Is there any way around this, or to get it to stay online?(It's not my internet connection as that stays up the whole time)

This demo is old as dirt. It's the same demo they've used for MONTHS at various trade shows...If anyone has been keeping up with this game you've seen this same demo on Youtube 7 or 8 months ago. There are even certain animations missing... like your stop animation. If you come to a stand still in the demo... there isn't a transitioning animation. If you look at the player stopping in this video:

You can see that they have a transitioning animation for stopping.



The demo is mighty old.



With that being said... I'm really excited for this game. If an old build plays this well I can't wait to play the finished product... Expecially with very high textures/graphics, DX11, and motion blur.

I am downloading this right now for the Xbox 360 which I am not proud of I wish my PC could run this game! I have watched a bunche of gameplay for the Demo on YouTube it looks great! Facial Animations look like they have been made more realistic and smoothe and the Combat looks slick and awesome! One complaint though Im not too fond of Hawkes Beard! This game will be amazing and Im betting that it will be Game of the Year hands down!

OMG!!! THE PS3 DEMO WAS AWESOME!!! Thank you BioWare for keeping my hopes alive!! I played it on both my pc and ps3 and i liked the pc, but the ps3... WOW!!! ♥♥ I wish i could kiss everyone of you because i really felt like i was playing at home you know, that familiar feeling. I didn't feel weird at all with the new system or anything. The look and feel was there all along BioWare. *hugs* Lets get that million downloads y'all!!!

If that is an old build.  I'm totally ok with it.  Because then the new one will be even better.
