This was simply a publicity stunt. You didn't really expect them to say "sorry guys but our game is not popular so we aren't giving away the two items". They were going to unlock the two tomes regardless of the number of downloads anyway. Of course there's nothing wrong with a publicity stunt but just saying.

I went through 2 48 gold trial memeber ships that I was saving for a 'rainy day' trying to download it. And I still can't Woah is me!

Its shows me that ive got all the bonus content for all 3 platforms. I guess thay made it easy for themself when handing out the freebies.

Just played the demo. Not as bad as I expected. I really thought this would be not playable, but I might actually get this one.

Oh, and Isabella (the pirate, I think), has this little piece of junk stuck to her chin (ick). Oh, and FYI, Bioware, there is well-endowed, and there is "you're going to put someone's eye out with those things!" Just sayin. For future reference.

I have just complete the demo.

Its says if we complete demo we get  entitlement called Hayder’s Razor which is a Dwarfen Sword. How do I see if I got it or not ?

I looked and dont see it. I played the demo on steam and was log in with my bioware account but do you still get it on steam ?

This is so transparently bull****. Not only did they fudge the numbers at the end where 200000 people suddenly pushed the number from 800000 to 1 million in the last two hours for the two books, now they are doing an untrackable and unverifiable promotion. And all to spam our Facebook accounts. Don't bother, because they'll automatically give the promotions, anyway.

i pressed buttons and awesome things happened that looked really good on a big monitor, but the gameplay - well - its like watching someone play a game on youtube. its fluid and impressive and really really dull. too dumbed down by far. clickclickclick someone dies.

i actually feel really bad writing something negative about the guys who developed so many of my favourite games.
i just get the impression this wasnt as well thought out as the outstanding ME2 and its trying to please everybody (with a console). pc gamers who can handle more then one button and an inventory need love too.

maybe the full game will be great, this is only a demo after all.

I loved the demo (aside from still griping that you can't play as a elf) I love the change to the combat, and actually makes me WANT to play a mage. My previously hated class for there clunkyness. Though first time through I think I will play as a rouge if 'she' dies.

I liked the demo, but I don't think I'm particularly fond of the new combat system. Probably the only one, but the need to repeatedly tap A kind of wore on for me. Everything else was enjoyable though, and I can't wait to pick up my Signature edition next week!

For me puchase the full game is a total waste of money... i prefear keep my money for the witcher 2
or skyrim

Really? I looked at the options menu and did not find anything that would enable auto-attack.

ok i played the pc version and the 360 version and tbh i find the 360 version more funner than the pc version but what i wanna know is there gonna be a dragon age toolset also like origin to custumize it or is da2 gonna be more like me2? thats the only reason why i buy dao on the pc instead on the 360
to custumize the armor and wepon and looks.

About a week ago (tuesday, maybe) I went to check on downloads, and it said 1 370 000 something. When I checked again ten minutes later it said 770 000 something. Half a million downloads gone, but now they have mysteriously reappeared;)
