Just a heads up, downloaded the English demo here and it gives me this error:

Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the Installer's author to obtain a new copy.

Will download again to see if it was because of high load on the Bioware servers.

I'm downloading off Firefox and I DL'd it once and when I tried to open it (double clicking in the Downloading Box) nothing happened.. I'm re-downloading it to see if this helps.



Is anyone one else having this issue?

Ok got the installer working. I used internet download manager to grab the file from dragonage.com.

The issue was downloading with Chrome it gave me a 1.77 GB file upon completion, when the file is in fact 1.88 GB, I succesfully downloaded it with internet download manager though.

Same problem, corrupted files may be related to the heavy load that the servers are experiencing now.

Same problem here also. Download finished at about 400mb (which took forever). Was suspicious, but tried to install anyway and got said error message.

Come on, people, the full installer size is 1.9 Gb, if you're using a non-ancient browser it should tell you the file size. In fact, if you're using an ancient browser, it will tell you that too! So naturally if you have less than that, your download is incomplete.

The actual file is in fact 1.974,639 kB, if you're a few short it a good confirmation that your installation file is corrupted. Anyways, worked downloading it the second time around, most likely the aforementioned problem.

who care what the file size it it doesnt matter the size the fact is that the down load isnt working and no one is fixing it so that we can get the proper files {what ever the size is } to down load so that we may play the demo and have us counted in the call to arms , this is my plea for a dragon age II tec to please fix this so that we might get on with our day and play the demo

No errors downloading at all here, I simply downloaded it using JDownloader.

stopped downloading at 912 kb. Great. Iam trying aagain now, but with my 6MBit connection and the load on the servers IIl probably sit here all night.
