This worked for me ( I have win7). Right click on the mouse and click troubleshot compatibility. The rest should be guided during win7 program.

I am having the same issue. I have tried downloading multiple time and nothing has worked.

hey guys, try fileshack.com. instead of a 9 hour wait and it breaking an hour into it, it seems to take less than an hour to fully download

i tried download it again and instead of save i chose run and it worked

Tried it twice from Bioware's site. Download stops part way through, but says the file is complete, even though it's only about 800 MB. Kept getting the integrity check failed error.



I'm downloading from FilePlanet now, and it is MUCH faster. We'll see how that works.

I used Download Express and set the number of retries to connect to limitless and was able to finish downloading it - if you don't, you'll disconnect and not finish your download. (when I had it set to a limited number of reconnect attempts it couldn't get past 50%, so I just turned that option off and after a bit it reconnected and finished it up)

I had the same problems with both Bioware's page and Fileshack.com, in the end Steam worked for me. So yet another option to those who are having troubles.
