Crashed too right after personalization screen. Default face, default name, default everything. :|
Maybe this is something that can be fixed by lowering graphics? I recall other games being resolved by this. But still. To have a system that can kick it and play at petty graphics is just...ironic.

ever since i 1st installed the demo and it crashed big time on me...crash as in it completely screwed up my desktop to the point that when i rebooted, my screen was black and the system forced the settings back. ever since then i have a damned desktop ini box pop up after boot up and stays till i x it out. atm i have the full game but hesitant to install it till i can figure out wth this box is about and get rid of it. afraid to delete it in case it screws up my desktop even more. anyone else had this happen? 16+ pages of forums on this 1 topic is too much to read, sorry :-). btw after i reset the game to dx9 and reduced my graphics settings, i had "0" problems running the demo. also had read that the issues with dx11 would be fixed for release.

When I was playing the demo the game crashed when I was at the palace trying to help Varric and Isabela.
