I've downloaded it TWICE now and it still wont work.
I've got it sitting in my Downloads window from Firefox and I double-clicked, I've right clicked and told it to open, but nothing.
Can someone help me?

How big is the file? Mine was downloaded too, but really it was corrupted because of the fileserver overloaded or something.

We are currently looking into this, and a bit more information would help a lot...

- Which operating system are you using?
- Did your download get paused/stopped and/or resumed at any point?

i used ff to dl and install and what the problem is it ended up maxing out my cpu freezing my pc competely after about 20 min i had roughly 10 installs all trying to start lmao but i manged to finaly dl it

I'm having a similar thing happen.

I downloaded it, but it only downloaded up to 168MB. I tried to open it and it said "Installer integrity check has failed"(whatever that means).



I'm in the process of downloading it a second time.

I'm using Vista but my first one was not paused at any point, my second one was. I paused it for a second before resuming it.

I'm currently having the same issue OrganizedChaos826 is having. The file downloads to about 600~800MB then just stops. This happens on both Firefox 4b11 and IE 9RC (which are the browsers I use). My OS is Windows 7 Pro 64Bit.

Same thing here, file stops downloading (first time at 862mb and second time at 128mb). Using Firefox and Windows 7 64bit.

It's finishing it's download, it just wont open once it's done downloading.

Same problem here. No pauses. Says media is corrupted or something. Trying to start over and it gives me the same message.

I am having the exact same problem as the op. I am also running vista and have had this issue twice now while downloading in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Also note that I did not pause either download at any time and both were started from the Bioware site.

I'm having the same problem as well. File size read 1.7 GB but Firefox seems to think it was finished. I tried opening it and got an error message about how the installed integrity check failed. Considering they said the demo is 2 GB, I'm assuming my download is incomplete. But I'm unsure why Firefox acted like it was completed if that's the case.

Far as I can tell, it never stopped or paused completely. Slowed down the KB/sec a few times before speeding up again, but that's it.

I"m having the same problem as well, I use firefox and my OS is Windows 7. It's a slow download, but it just stops at around 25%. any help would be appreciated

Update: After about 20 minutes from my second download the installer finally popped up.

Due to downloading a 2GB file through a web browser, there are multiple reasons the installer may not start immediately:



- Your AV may run a checksum (in the background) when executing the installer

- Windows itself will run a verification on a file that big downloaded through a browser



We are currently looking into this issue, and hopefully will have more information in the future.

Same same same.

Firefox, Windows 7.

Downloaded twice, first time it stopped at 830 MB, second time stopped at 886 MB.

Never stopped or paused or even let my screen go into power save mode.

When I double click on either download, nothing happens for about 15-30 seconds, and then finally I get an error window saying "Installer Integrity Check has failed" etc.

What browser? I used Chrome and I just failed after a second installation.

I receive: nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error,  when I execute the file that is completed by the download.
The file is 1,88 GB (2.022.029.712 bytes).
Straight from Bioware website.
I have firefox 3.6, I downloaded with downloadthemall in segments on my drive. I have a windows vista.

I never add before a problem with DownloadThemAll and segments.

I am re-downloading for a third time.

But this time I'm going to go walk away, take a shower, get ready for work, etc. Heh. Hopefully it'll pop up by the time I'm done.

It seems to be going fast enough, but nothing happens when I click on the other downloads in the window, actually, my mouse doesn't even change into the 'clicking' icon. It stays an arrow.



Arggg. All I want to do is play the Demo before I go to work. D:
