When I run demo it gives me the Error initializing PhysX and check/update the driver, but I have the newest driver (PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware). My graphics card Radeon HD 3650 AGP.

I had this error as well, my problem was it download 1.5 instead of the 1.9, yes I used Bioware site to get the demo 2hours for a fail download ... downloading from Kamai* site ( *sp) now.

This is strange, cause demo uses PhysX SDK 2.8.4. which does not require any PhysX drivers.
Try this - search for file named PhysXDevice.dll (somewhere within PhysX drivers installation) and copy in to "Dragon Age 2 Demo\\bin_ship"
