Micorsoft gets the upper hand and all the love.
The demo is out for PC & Xbox360 geez thanks for making it fair for everyone.
I have a PS3 and a Sony customer service rep told me they have the demo, but were told they are not allowed to put it on PSN until the regular times. Who were they told by? I was told it was Bioware/EA.
I know dl it on pc right, well my account is linked to PS3, and my PC is to old to run the new games.
I still have much love for BIOWARE i am just tired of microsoft getting everythng. No its not Sony's fault its the politics in the game business. That and microsoft can bring in monies from other divisons to pay off the developers/publishers. I know Sony has other monies, but they are not tied directly to the games division.

PSN store doesnt update till tommorw (or later on) M$ update on a tuesday so either the 360 doesnt get it till next week or the ps3 gets it a little later

Hmmthats why its on XBL for gold members now and even said so by Bioware in these forums.
PSN usually updates here in us on east coast between 7pm-11pm which means no playing to me anytime soon, all because SONY was TOLD they couldnt release it yet. As the service rep told me they wanted to but arent allowed to.

It's not that they aren't allowed to release it, it's that SONY doesn't update the store until some (seemingly) random time Thursday which then will add the download along with all the other updates. Very very very rarely does anything get released before a Thursday update push. Sony's the one that delays crap all the time. No reason at all bioware would want to delay anything.

Sony is supposed to update the store at 14:00 PST (22:00 GMT), but it usually isn't until around 17:00 PST that it actually updates. Say what you will about Microsoft, but very rarely will XBL not update at 05:00 (depending on where you live, I believe).
And also, Sony has been updating the store on Tuesdays ever since the PSN online magazine came out.
