[Corrupted Robots]

 my brother is the only one with live gold, and the family settings are off, but it still says it won't let me download because of the rating. I know this isn't an issue with the game, but I'm hoping someone out there can perhaps tell me how to fix it?
Also I don't have a PC so I can't download that.

Are you signed into your profile when trying to download it? You probably need to download it using an account of someone 17 or older.

Also Free accounts cant download only Gold Account.

If you're under 17 and you have your correct birthdate on your live account, then it will not let you download it because you are underage for an M-Rated game. This is a Microsoft Xbox Live thing, not specific to the xbox. Login under someone who's over 17 years of age and has a gold live account and you should be able to get it.

Do what I did. I created a new FREE xbox live account and use the 1-month free gold trial. Everything worked fine.

You do have to use a differnet E-mail address and say that you're 18 or older, though.

blah, apparently there are only 3 free gold account trials, and ive used them all up.

ahwell, guess i'm screwed. ;_;
