Can't log in

When I try to log into my EA account via the demo it minimizes the demo and says  the drive is not ready and that my disk drive is either open or the disk isn't inserted.

Does the fix reporte in the following thread resolve the issue for you?

Hello, i got the same problem.
First box that pops up contains: "The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive A: and make sure that a disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed."
and you can choose "Cancel", "Try Again" or "Continue". Press Continue.

Then one box with "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \\Device\\Harddisk1\\DR1" pops up with the same alternatives as above, choose Continue.
Then 3 more of these poped up for me with "Harddisk2\\DR2", "Harddisk3\\DR3" and "Harddisk4\\DR4", i pressed continue on all of them and got logged in on my account.

Argh didn't see that post. Though I don't have any flash drives or anything like that. I seemed to be logged in at least. Ill try logging in and out later to see if the issue comes back.
