I have the same issue, even with massive overclock in CPU and GPU, still crap gameplay in DX11. DA2 = bad optimization in DX11. Dragon Age: Origins, had and still have that memory leak, and this net title, bad implementation in DX11.

Ran smooth as melted butter for me with everything max'ed out on this computer:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, INTEL D975XBX2, Intel Quad CPU Q6600 @2.40GHz, 8192MB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4870/1Gig, SyncMaster T240 @1920 x 1200, SyncMaster 2032BW/2032GW @1680 x 1050, DirectX 11
Don't know what to say. I have it running on the T240 set at 1920 x 1200.

I was good also with dx11 i had though 18-20 fps sometimes on my q6600 (at 2.4), 5 GB DDr2 and OC HD5770 but it didn't feel laggy. and i don't know if this is my problem or the demos problem, my Full Screen option is enabled in game settings but for some reason I am running in windowed mode and in my expiernce whenever i play on windowed mode my fps drop by nearly 50%. I hope that the full game doesn't have this problem it is really frustrating.
Going to sleep now Darn you Bioware I have school tommrow so i can not play though the night :-w:-w
