I've completed the demo multiple times on both 360 and PC (loved both experiences). Each time I have made sure I am logged into my EA account, however after completing the demo and being taken back to the title screen I find that I have been logged out, and I don't think I have been credited with the razor.

Anyone else had any issues with keeping logged into their account? Perhaps I'll see the razor in my list eventually, but it concerns me due to finding that I cannot keep connected to my account.

The same happened for me. I logged in manually, as the automatic Login doesnt work for me (same was in DA:O). Then i finished the demo, but no sign if i have gotten the item or not + afterwards in Main Menu im not signed in...

I just checked in 'registered game promotions' and I have it...i played the demo on my 360.

Hmm odd, it is working for me both on the "leak" german demo and the English demo released today.



What did you guys do first time you opened up the demo?

Uhh, think the first thing I did was log into my account and accept the EULA of the demo, or something along those lines. Then played the demo, after adjusting my resolution. After doing that, the next times I loaded up the demo it would automatically log me in, but again after finishing the demo, I'd be logged out at the start screen.

For me it was listed on my promotions screen almost instantly so sounds like a logging out issue to me. I've done it solely on the 360 and was logged in the whole time.



Silly question but I take it you were connected online the whole time you were playing and weren't disconnected from your network at any point during play?

I got it on my first run on 360 but nothing so far after 3 runs on my PC.

Worked fine for me on the 360.

The first time I played the PC demo at the end I found I had been logged out which meant I did not get it. I had to sign in again and re-play the demo (which I didn't mind, as it meant I had the chance to play all the classes) and it then worked fine.



If you don't have it under registered game promotions, then it wasn't unlocked.

Not a silly question at all But yes, I was online for the entire demo each time I played, of that I am sure.

Sounds like what I've been doing, very odd.

Make sure you haven't unchecked any of the online upload options, can't remember the exact tab, but it's in the options.

Not sure if it works, but it's worth a try.

Just checked, all options are checked under account options in the demo, so shouldn't be due to that. Appreciate the help so far from you all

All options are checked, logged back into the servers after it logged me out, I've done it 3 times. Help?

Same issue.



Logged in at start of demo. Log out at when returned to the start menu after completion. I assume its just because the servers are mad busy its dropping some quierys. But i wait for official confirmation.

Will hope that you are right, and it is due to servers being busy, otherwise some Dev input would be appreciated

Did anyone else get a message during gameplay telling them they got logged out? It's easy to miss as it's in the same place and font as xp notifications and such. Is there any way to log back into the servers without having to keep restarting and hoping to make it all the way through before losing connection again? (I've completed it twice but despite being connected to LIVE the whole time I lost connection to the EA servers before the end).

I get the same problem, it appears, after checking the log and quitting the demo at various points, betwen the end of the legend and the character creator. For reference the log is found at users/username/documents/bioware/dragon age 2/logs.

I didnt get any confirmation for either the Disconnect, nor the Unlock

I myself didn't notice such a message. I'll try playing the demo again tomorrow (11pm almost in England) and will keep an eye out. Played a few too many times today to play any more

PC Version here. Same for me, got logged out and recieved no message and no unlockables.

Same for me, played through it twice online. No D/C notifcation and logged into both the EA account and Xbox live. Hmm..

I'm having the same issue with the PS3 version. I don't see any notification about loss of connection either.

for me i log in and about 30 sec later get a ethernet cable is unplugged message immediatly followed by a you are logged in psn message,same thing happens to me on ps3 mass effect 2

I checked under the 'Your registered game promotions' on here after finishing it and it says I have Hayder's Razor.

Just finished the PS3 version. Nothing under "unlockables" or in my promotions.I was never logged out of the server and everything is linked properly.
