I have no clue, but I hope so I just emailed Bioware about this as well as sent a message on here to Chris Priestly maybe I will get an answer about this issue, hopefully today.
Good, Because their silence in this matter is disturbing.
Hopefully they will either fix the demo..somehow....but what I expect to be more likely is to allow it to be added by just logging into the demo. (similar to what they did with the newsletter)

And this computer is wired to the router so it's not because of that.

I fibnished the DEMO, got the credits, but didn't get logged out. But I also don't remember picking up the RAZOR, was it in some of the loot that I "took all" of each and every time. I wsa kinda not paying attentio to that, since I couldn't equip any of the stuff I picked up, and no place to spend gold, so I was just looting the carcasses and moving on. Where was the RAZOR suposed ot be, and how do I know now (that I finished) if I got it?
Managed to get through the demo on my fourth try without being logged out of the servers (xbox360). I didn't get a notification within the demo, but if you go to your Profile and your registered game promotions (social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php) there should be an entry for the Razor for the platform you completed the demo on (if you want it for more than one platform, you need to finish the demo for the platforms you want it on).

And another thing, regarding the pre-ordered package, the signature edition was the first that was offered and it was available until sometime January i think, then after a few weeks there is another pre-order offer, what is the difference with the two packages? which has more free stuff?

I was also playing DAA last night and got logged out of BioWare's servers. So, it's not entirely a packet problem.

For quite a while I've had an issue with logging into the social.bioware.com site. Originally I set up a master EA account using a complicated password of symbols, letters, and numbers. This password worked for EA, but I was never able to sign into Bioware sites using my EA master account. I tried going through "Forgot password?" to reset my password to the complicated password a number of times, and each time I was unable to log into Social.Bioware.com.
I then remembered a problem that I've encountered before on other sites, which is that some sites simply don't allow such complicated passwords, allowing only a very simple character set. This turned out to be my problem with Social.Bioware.com. Once I modified my password, I was able to sign into Social.Bioware.com. This also allowed me to see the page that is supposed to list that I've completed the demo.
What I'm thinking is this issue might have messed with the demo's ability to log in or to keep me logged in (my problem was that I could log in manually, but auto-login always failed, and I always get logged out while playing the demo). Now that Social.Bioware.com login works, I'm going to see if I can finish the demo while logged in.
I have no idea if this would help anyone else, but I'll post what happens.
