It has happened to me too. PS3, no sign of losing connection, my internet was on the whole time. At the end of the game I am returned to the title screen and I see I am no longer connected to the EA servers. There was absolutely no message about being disconnected during the game itself.

I had this problem as well, got item after third or fourth play. Unfortunately there is no sure solution - disable all networking options both in configuration panel and in-game menu and try to finish demo as fast as possible, skip all dialogues and cutscenes (maybe except the trailer at the very end...), take loot from Hayder. If you are lucky, it will work eventually.

On my ps3 i'm logged in and even after i finished the Demo (which was great btw) i am still logged in to the EA servers. But after 5 times i still dont have the Razor :S

Any wordt from BioWare?

Yeah, played it on my 360 and didn't get it. Logged in and everything. *sigh*

i just got it here is what i did
1) turned subtitles on for every scene
2) changed the interface so u can see the whole screen
3) unchecked the always log me in box.

I didn't get it either after I finished it. I played it on the PS3 and I never got a message telling me I got logged out, and after I was done I was still logged in. I'll try it again tonight and see if I can get it. I wouldn't mind playing it again anyway.

I realized that since I installed sp1 for Windows 7 I have been having problems with the internet. I restored to before that and I was able to stay logged in and got it. I doubt it's the same problem for everyone, but that was it for me.

Might be just coincidence, but I had trouble with a slow down between all the cut scenes. Dropped the graphics to low, played again and this time got no slow down and stayed logged in and managed to get the razor.

I am logged into my XB account, downloaded the demo and finished it. no unlockable item. Oh well, C'est la vie. onward towards the 8th.

Maybe enough of us post on EA they will help us. LOL one guy responded but the retard dont have a clue as to what I was talking about. You will see if you go on there, the guy is a complete moron and should have never had a job as a EA support specialist, lol. Anyways, post people we need this fixed!

This is what it shows under my "your registered game promotions". LOL I hope I havent had it this whole time, lol there is nothing to the right tho, of all of those items. I am pretty sure since my mass effect stuff pops up and it says more info and download next to that stuff so idk. You would think that would be the same for their Dragon Age 2 stuff, but since we cant get a F'n Response!!! We will have to just sit here and keep posting. Well, I haven't got mine yet. About 6 demo runs now, every trick used. This is boring, but I think I'll do the 7th run soon. I hope I finally get it now though the other option seems to be more likely.
