I just played the pc demo but i dont see the Hayder's Razor for the 360 version in Your registered game promotions i only see the pc Hayder's Razor . Do i also need to download the 360 demo and play it?

Yes.
The Razor is available to only the platform you have completed it on. To unlock it on the 360 you will need to download the Demo and complete it on there too.
