Also, I don't know if it's just me:

But when using Bethany or Mage Hawke, I'm having trouble targeting enemies with AoE spells.

Like I can't click fireball, click Hayder/Ogre, and cast the spell on them.  I have to aim it, which isn't a big problem, or even a problem at all if the Devs wanted it to be this way.

I don't know man, if you're trying to use the demo to sell people on the game, putting out a bug ridden demo, full of annoying and sometimes game breaking problems probably isn't the best way to go about it.

Messed with some graphics settings, went back into combat and Bethany's portrait had glitched, her eyes were outside of her head and her jaw was gone, but she looked normal in the level-up menu and in-game.

During the game, I have two major problems. When I tell the character im controlling to attack someone, it will attack for a while, but suddenly, my character will stop attacking even though the enemy i clicked on is still alive.



The second problem is when I use potions. I pause the game and click on the quick heal on the bottom right screen and it says under the character "healing potion". The moment i start the game, it will dissappear. I then tried to use the potion during gameplay, and it shows "healing potion" for a mere second before it dissappears again. My character doesnt end up healed.

The sorrunded etc things were working for me I think. Though when targeting a cluster of enemies with a fireball the game targets the ground and so it hits noone because all have moved away from there.

I think i had that happen... I know for sure it's happened in DA:O.  As far as I know, it's not necessarily fixable, more of a PC glitch that happens in many games that use mp3 or similar files for audio.

I hade issue with the volume during some cut scenes and texture tearing on faces.

I could see through Flemeths eye and neck at some points.

Edit: I also hade an issue with Flemeth starting a new dialogue befor we ended our sentence.

I was getting these weird invisible lines in the cut scenes. Tearing not sure but it was there and it bugged me because u could see it doing different things on the screen.

Not really a bug, but I get disconnected from EA partway through, and I can't save or hit a reconnect button, so there is no way for me to unlock the item, yay... fml

There's an odd label issue with the Darkspawn Emissary-- the label appears right over his face. Not a terrible issue, I suppose, but if I was the art designer, I'd be a little upset. Call it the "Monsters, Inc. Effect".



BTW... the camera itself is a bit awkward, but I suppose it's not a deal-breaker. When zoomed in and tilted up, I think it's level should be lower in virtual space... at the knees looking up, not at the shoulders.

I wonder if its hand holding, to prevent wasting area spells on individual targets. I noticed the same thing.

After initial battle you get to name your charachter. After doing so and pressing accept (or whatever button there is to go forwad) the game crashes and throws me to desktop.

That happended to me when I picked the first "Nice" response. There is no pause between her reply and the following sentence, she just goes right into it.


I had a funny one. I had swapped to a sword and shield warrior, in the "Flemeth arrives" cutscene, Hawk had the shield on his arm backwords the whole time. The hand grips were facing out.

Yes. She actualy ends up speaking two different words simultaneously. Only a powerful appostate can interrupt herself like that (and keep on going too).

condition "being surrounded by ennemies" doesn't work at all. my mage kept casting mindblast when there was no one anywhere near him.

I also noticed Bethany casting mind blast all the time with no  enemy nearby.  Of course I am also having the issue with the tactics screen not working right so for all I know maybe her tactic was set to use mind blast all the time!

Can't separate skip conversation from open menu (esc). Long winded cinematics essentially lock you out of quiting, short of alt+f4 or alt-tabbing and manually killing the game.

is it just me or the " screen space ambient occlusion " is messed up? if I put it on it makes everything lag and sometimes the floors just disappear? my PC is a beast and can run like.. any other game full graphic at 1080p no problem with directx 11.. so idk about that.

No crashes for me, but noticed that at times my character would not attack.

This isn't even when I asking for a specfic attack, just asking them to swing the sword. Also when leveling up, when clicking accept, I had to jockey the mouse around to find the "sweet spot" to get the button to register that I was confirming.

Also was mentioned somewhere here, when I want to lay down and AOE affect, if my cursor touches an enemy, it won't work, I have to aim for the ground.

Oh and annoying load screens in the beginning of cutscenes.

Another bug:  If you play the mage and use three screens, and thus a resolution of 3840 by 1024 , the game looks beautiful and immersive BUT you will see no spell icons.  The icons are supposed to appear shortly before the ogre and they simply are missing.  If I play with one screen tehy show up fine.  My card is a gtx 580 on windows 7 64 bit, 12 gigs of ram.  Uisng the Matrox digital Triple head 2 go.  Works great with just about all other games including Oblivion.
