Please can someone tell me how to turn off or at least tune down the blood splatters on character faces. It's extremely obnoxious and distracting to the point of making me want to skip dialogues just because of the sheer ugliness of it, I've looked everywhere in the options for it and I can't find it anywhere, DA:O had a mod to do it and that mod was insanely popular, so I'm hoping the devs put the function in the full game when it comes out otherwise I'm not sure I can stomach hours of dialogue between people who can't wipe their faces after an accident.

Options-> toggle Persistent Gore?

I don't think you can in the demo, but you can turn it off on the game.
