i am connected to the internet as you can see... but when i get to the start up screen to where it wants to login with my EA account it says i have to be connected to the internet.. plz help i would like to login

Check your firewall program(s), if you have any. If you don't, then odds are you still have Windows Firewall, which depending on your settings for it might be blocking the game, but not your browser.

Hmm.. then I am not sure what to tell you. Might have to go to ea.com and ask their support. Just to be sure, you are getting your email and password entered correctly? Might double check that.

i'm getting the same problem. Start the game, immediately pops up saying no internet connection. I am definitely connected and don't have win firewall active. Are there any special ports that need opening in router?

thats the problem its not even letting me login, as soon as i open up the game it just says i gatta be connected to login.

ok fixed it - had turned off 'submit feedback info' (or something like that). Once I switched it back on, demo connected to internet ok.
