 Can anyone help please ? ... i get this error after i updated to 1.04 ... cant play anymore

i read somewhere that i needed to instal a version of c++ x86 , so i installed this one and it still wont start

Have you used Google or Yahoo with a site: redirector in order to check the archives?  I am sure it has come up recently, but the Social Forum site's own Search was created in a broken condition.

Tell us what version of the game you have (Steam or retail disc) and what version of Windows you have, please. Then folks here will be in a better position to help.

I am using the non steam version [retail] on windows XP ServicePack 3
Game worked perfectly untill i updated it to 1.04

Fixed it . I installed the ATL Visual C++ 86x from this link
