In the second part of the demo when you are in Kirkwall there are some issues.
In the opening sequence "cinematic" where the characters are walking, Carver is always part of the group. But Bethany appears as she should afterwards.
The cutscenes with Isabela... Well if this was a film I'd say the editor didn't know how to do there job as it seems like the transitions are cut short. I'm hoping that was done on purpose to cut down on the size of the demo because it's going to drive me nuts otherwise. There was a similarly abrupt cutaway involving Flemeth.
Also That one strand of Isabela's hair over her left eye is a completely different color than the rest of her hair. It's black while the rest is a sun-bleached brown. Bot really a big issue for me as I can just pretend she dyes that strand.

I think that whole cutscene is pre-recorded based on the quality of it. It's not rendered in-game which means it won't reflect correctly which sibling dies. It's suppossed to take place later in the game, not right after you talk to Flemeth so I'm not surprised. It's just a summary to get you up to speed on what you're doing.
