I loved the demo, but after seeing the new gameplay video on Gamespot, i wonder about...basically two things.
1- Will persuasion/intimidate etc...come back in DA2?
2- I sure hope Kirkwall has plenty of variety in terms of locations and such, i loved that about DAO, the many different looking environments. DA2 is mostly set in Kirkwall, right? I sure do hope there's plenty of variety. So is there?

I believe they said there was no coerscion skill, therefore, no persuade/ intimidate

He's probably talking nonsense. Well, he's just guessing anyway.
So far in the demo they show two radically different areas and there weren't any persuasion or intimidate checks but I wouldn't be surprised if they are in the actual game. Not in the demo, anyway.
