What is your graphic card?

If you dont even know your graphic card, my guess is that its an old one, hence not supported. You need to purchase a newer one.

(Are you playing on a desktop or notebook? Also how old is your computer)

a laptop and about a year old and i downloaded the demo on my lil bros laptop whichever a lot older and its working fine on his
