I miss Leliana already.  Don't get me wrong, I loved the demo, but it's not going to be the same without a pretty Orlesian bard raining death and arrows upon the bad guys. She was the only DAO companion who I never left behind.  Before I played the demo, I had hoped we might catch a glimpse of her in Lothering before she met the Warden and the darkspawn arrived.

I can't feel TOO sad though.  In the end, she's the only companion to get her own, complete DLC!

And I'll miss the Blight. Nothing brings people together like the Blight.



I think the new team looks pretty great. I'm sure someone will say inappropriate things to fill the void left by Oghren. And Balthier from FFXII is gonna be there! How cool is that?

At the beginning of DA2, there's a conversation that implies the Warden has come and gone and is currently quite far away.

probably alistair. i used him in my party every single playthrough. he was my wardens best bud. i always imagine them "bro-fisting" after each fight and everything. like a whole buddy cop movie going on during a fantasy adventure.

Actually, nobody. And I really have liked all the companions except Wynne and Velanna. <--They're alright but those two did get on my nerves!

If my warden were coming back in this game, I would miss my party.
But as Hawke, I'm looking forward to my new companions.

I'll miss my first Warden(Elena Cousland)



As far as companions go, I'll miss Leliana(first and foremost) then Alistar, Shale, and Sten.

Going to miss everyone really, each character I interacted with formed a bond with me. Foremost though will be Leliana, I really love the character.



That being said, this a new game with mostly new companions, so I'll be happy with that. Going to be interesting to hear how some of the old companions are doing in DA2.
