i read the thing on the top of the page but i have no idea how to fix this and i have been trying for hours but i cant figure out how to fix the directx 11 issue!!!!

You aren't supposed to use DX11. Ignore it, move on.
It can cause some bad issues I've heard. I've used it fine, with some bad freezes here and there for example. But it is not recommended and working properly. So if you can't access DX11, don't worry. It's likely better.
