Just on playing the Demo, what would you give Dragon Age 2 right now for a rating on 1-5 scale.

I would say a 4 atm.

I was very unhappy how wonky tactics setup was, perhaps thats because it's the demo
But once I get myself accustomed to the Combat Camera(Was rusty, basically like ME in a sense).  I was digging the the fights, I was just unhappy with the Tactics not seeming to work right, meaning it was a pain in ass to get them to highlight & set up, but again Demo.

Fix the tactic mess where i cant make my own due to theem not showing up at all, and make the loading times and random pauses and Im good to go. Im getting the SE anyways.

I actually liked it, though I was disappointed that I couldn't change Hawke's equipment.

Only gripe is the graphics and the camera.

The PC specific camera is a huge stepback from the isometric view, the game was kind enough to set my stats and skillpoints for Hawke after the narrative jump without my consent (wanted to play an S&B warrior, the game picked all the Warmonger talents) so I was playing as Bethany for the second part, the animations are so fast I can't admire the time and effort put into them by the developers, 'cause it's a huge clusterfork. The pharaprasing system is a lottery as expected.

I would rate it pretty high but I cannot the review out of my head that said - unsatisfying ending. Reviewers shouldn't write that, they can rate anything but not the ending. That's worse than spoiling.

5/5 For a demo, if it's a close represenative of the actual game though, which it's not given the numerous locked items and typical movement/vocal issues that don't seem to be present in Laidlaw's demonstration builds, I'd have given it a 4/5

If the demo is very very old, and the eyes of the NPC and all wierd walking as a female are gone then I'll give a 3 . If not then is 0

All of the things I wanted to play around with were disabled.
I'd give the demo a 2.5/5, but I still expect the full game to be at least a 4.

Hmm, did you play the same dmeo I did, because all of teh pausing and tactics I could do in teh PC demo didn't quite say. "Action game with RPG elements"

That might be a little more accurate if we are talking the console version.

Oh and then 4/5, smarty pants....

Then again, we will see when the full game hits.  I am sure it will awesome...

I honestly enjoyed it better than Origins. Love having a voiced character and more visceral combat. Didn't really miss the tactical camera either.

took a bit of geting used to at first but am loving it looks good with the high settings
almost wish i dint play i just want full thing now good things demo dint really give anything away 4.5/5

Has more rpg elements than DAO, in my opinion, has all the pause and play of DAO, and better skill trees. Still has full attribute and level up screens. Tactics, everything.

My only real beef with it being actiony is how, especially in the beginning you feel rushed. But I guess then it's doing its job because you're trying to escape.

Based on the demo? 2/5.. Of course, that's likely to change when I'm able to play the full game and see if my concerns based on the demo were warranted, it's all yet to be seen.
