So when I loaded up the demo it connected to the EA servers, and I saw a box on screen that I wasn't able to access, giving an old e-mail address that used to be associtaed with my XBox Profile.
 
This e-mail is not the same one that I use for BSN so obviously on completing the game the dodad is not shown on here under my registered game promotions, how would I go about changing which e-mail the game associates with regard to logging onto the EA servers?.

I hope that makes sense.

I have this same issue on PS3, an email that I used to use for my PS3 account was automatically selected as associated with my profile, but both the account and my EA account are under a different email now. I don't get credit for my bonuses.

The email they are showing registered to my gamer tag isn't even mine!

This must be something to do with having some Origins data on the HDD as the e-mail it recognized for me exists no where else on the machine.
