So do you guys like the ads that came out i think id prefer something for each origin that ends with the line Become a Dwarven Noble November 3rd or something the current ad i think if i saw it with my parents id hang my head in shame and leave the room

I think they blew it with the way they advertised altogether honestly. At least to someone who isnt playing it for OMG SECKS AND BLUD!!!1!, the ads are targeted at your average console casual action adventure gamer. If I wasnt aware that it was a Bioware game I wouldnt have been interested in it at all based on the ads.

yeah that's what i was trying to say it just showcases scantily clad woman and violence when the majority of the games popularity will probably come from its story line

Maybe the choice of advertising is the reason why my local GameStop has not received enough pre-orders to have a midnight release. Fable II had enough pre-orders (I admit I was in line at midnight for that game) and that game does not even compare to DragonAge!

'that current ad?' There are dozens of ads. Are you talking about the Sacred Ashes trailer? That wasn't to my taste, but I wouldn't hang my head in shame over it.

No theres a 15 second and a 30 second Tv ad now in the gallery

Sacred ashes was pretty cool IMO. It's not representative of gameplay what so ever but still pretty cool. heck I'd pay for a full movie of that sort for sure.
