This might be a stupid question as i may be missing something huge, but when you reach the big city where you meet your next team mate, and ahve to kill a few guards etc, i've gotten up to the door labeled "The Chantry" of which i can't do anything with it. Isabella think it is is just standing infront of it, and i've roamed around everywhere, can't click on it, or click on her, or anything. Anything i'm missing?

I had a problem early in the game where I could not loot dead bodies. I would click on them, but nothing would happen. I was able to resolve it by taking control of a companion. After that I could use the companion to access loot, or switch back to my Hawke, who could do the same. Maybe this would work for your situation?

Nah gone fmro one to the other, i've looted everyone unless i missed one that was crucial and has now dissapeaered. Like, the quest is called Fools rush In or something. Seems i have to restart gah. Thanks for trying though.

Btw, did it again, and now it works 
hooray, can now progress! Think it happened when i perhaps looted to fast at the beggining when she asked me to check the bodies for information. I looted it before she actually started saying it, so perhaps that was the cause
