Yes, I'm liking the way women look in DA2. Very sexy and with different bust sizes too.



Just wish there was a bust slider so everyone can customize their cleavage. Those of us who want a bustier femHawke can have it, and those who detest large bust sizes can tone it down through an editor. Then everyone could be happy and stop complaining... maybe that's wishful thinking.

Also; I'm not sure about "chicks", but in general - after playing a bit of Origins today - the walk and run animations are a little off. Also? Too fast... but it's not an issue I'd complain about, so I'm good...

she didn't straight out say it.  I think it was something along the lines of "they did.. things to me..." when you first find out about Lilianna's past.

I don't mind big boobs. As long as it's a rare thing restricted to one or two characters in the game like it is in real life.

Far more troubling to me is when every girl has the same body type with identical breast sizes. When everyone's body is the same for their sex and race, it ruins the immersion.

I think both the walking and running animations are really poor.

Seriously, who walks like that unless she's wearing heels?  And LadyHawke isn't wearing heels, so she shouldn't be walking like that.

I also dislike how my attempts to move at theend of combat produce a silly running in place animation, as apparently no one can move during the combat/non-combat transition.

I'm assuming this was tongue in cheek, so I'm not actually jumping down your throat, but I actually find Isabela markedly worse than any of the females in ME2.  Miranda's body looked like a person's (even though she was genetically perfect).  Samara's cleavage was annoying and led to me not wanting her around (I have a hard time with serious dialogue when someone is standing by and flashing cleavage).  Jack's outfit was garish IMO, but I didn't actually mind the nearly-topless aspect in and of itself.  I hated that it looked ridiculous and that the parts covering her nipples were just there to be censored.  I actually wouldn't have minded Jack being topless period instead because I can buy that she just didn't give a crap and wanted to show off her tattoos.

Isabela?  She shows absurd cleavage, has comically large breasts, seems to like to fight by distracting people with legs and ass, and also acts like a complete ****.

Isabella is far worse than any of them individually, but I am glad that this sort of thing seems to be restricted to one character in DA2.
Also, the ME2 designs mostly pissed me off because they were walking around like that in space, in combat, and sometimes next to magma. That don't fly with me.
Unless she gets less revealing look later in the game, or is the only character who's good at picking locks, I probably won't use her much.

I probably won't be using Isabella if I can't cloth her properly. The skin texture on her arms throws me off. I don't like this detailed almost HD skin texture video games are aiming for now like final fantasy 13. Every female had ginger freckles on their skin disgusting.

Yeah, but I think it's the general trend of women and how they are being represented in video games that have some of the posters concerned. I know I've yet to see a smaller chested woman in a BioWare game. I see plenty of smaller chested women IRL.

You probably mean the legend.  In the normal story they're far smaller.

I think this argument is a fallacy.  I mean there are absolutely women in the world that have chests as big as Isabela's seems to be.  However, look at the rest of her body, including her waist and the rest of her torso.  Especially with the outfit it looks like she had medieval plastic surgery to bring her chest to comical pornstar levels.  No one with a frame that looks like hers has a chest (or butt) that look like that.
