Before you start reading into things a little too far, what I meant by my response was, if this thread http://social.biowar...1/index/6176438 got locked for a seemingly innocuous post, then this one should, as well.

As BioWare's moderators don't seem to tolerate 'inappropriate', I was curious  why this thread should remain open.

It was intended as a jibe towards the weird censorship that happened in regards to that thread.

I take less issue with Morrigan because A.) Her clothes were somewhat appropriate given her history and you could switch them out them anyway. B.) She didn't invite you come bang her after you spoke 2-3 times C.) The advertising paints Isabella as little more than a sex object and Bioware has done little to curtail this image, save showing that she's a sex object with attitude. D.) They really aren't as big as Isabella's.

Morrigan was a compelling character. So far, Isabella's more a a marketing strategy.

I'm not going to lie, making a character model that absurd and dressing her the way she dresses pretty much ensures that she exists for the sole purpose of being objectified.  I'm not the one that brought rape into this discussion, but I think you are mixing the topic of rape and the topic of fantasizing together.  The rape issue was brought up in a negative...the idea may have been off color or potentially  problematic, but I don't think the original message on it was to be taken as a "now I will fantasize about how rape will happen to Isabela" and more of a "Leliana was raped so what is the deal with this monstrosity?".

I'm glad you started it. You brought up, through the inclusion of discussion from many varying opinions, the concept of how women can be objectified through video gaming. By saying "chicks are chicks", by implying that BioWare's distorted females are the ideal of femininity, you began a very interesting discussion into what "chicks" actually are.

I've learned a lot from it. Namely, that I need to stop thinking of women as being the sum of their physical appearances.

Mmm, since you speak with a teachers authority do you happen to teach a LESSON on anything at one of our many sick liberal colleges in this country if not you might want to consider it, think you would fit right in and we can all learn a bunch of nothing there. (Just trying to get the subject matter turned in a different direction other then Rape, hope that worked...hehe)

Nah, I'm unemployed and live in a youth hostel and am currently using the internet at the library.

I think overall the females look better this time around but I think they might've gone a little too far. Breast size on Isabella and Bethany is ridiculous and the running animation is too exaggerated. Still a considerable improvement, but I think they can do better next time.

Maybe my perspective is wrong, but I really don't think Morrigan's chest is as big as Isabela's.  I'm not going to lie, I liked Morrigan as a character and anyone voiced by Claudia Black gets big points with me, but I honestly don't feel like Morrigan's body looked nearly as absurd as Isabela's does.

Morigan's boobs are not even remotly close to being as huge as Isabella's  She shows alot, but she is a normaly proportioned gal. And if you didn't like looking at it, at least you were able to put her in a dowdy mage robe when you got the chance.   You could balace a platter of nachos on Isabella's rack, and you're stuck staring at them the whole game.  And regarding Bethany pre &post Varec's tale - on my computer screen they were same.
