Error Codes1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.
1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

These are the errors that I have, and it seems nothing uploads correctly from my game. I have reformatted my computer since the original characters were uploaded...

How can I fix my profiles?
