While you are assuming she doesn't

and frankly, with a few minutes of hands on time with her during the demo it could be either or. So just everyone wait until the actual game comes out and we actually get to see more of the entire cast than just a handful of lines as they run for their lives

Well acording to Anders it makes "trysts" easier as you don't have to fumble with zippers or belts

Nope, you can upgrade your companions armor, but you can't change it.

Which isn't to say that it won't change. We do know that companion outfits change at certain points in the story. That's why my question was about

Well, no... that's the point. You upgrade their armor, but it stays visually the same. Only at certain points will their outfits change, and then it's for story reasons (like *spoilermaybe?* when Aveline joins the city guard and gets new armor).
