Allright, so you play the demo. Get into some fight's but then, the oger apears! In the cutscene Hawke's brother charges and get's himself killed. Nothing weird about that. But then after the conversations with Flemeth you see a cutscene of the arrival in Kirkwall. And in that cut-scene I spotted hawke's brother again. So he doesn't die in the complete game i presume.

Did anyone noticed this to?

Yes, the cutscene they showed is not accurate, it just shows a mageHawke and Carver, it's a demo only thing. It won't be like that in the game.

IndelibleJester's got it right; the footage in the cutscene was recorded with a mage Hawke. Which sibling the ogre kills is based on your class. If you're a Warrior or Rogue then Carver dies, whereas if you're a mage, Bethany does.

That's just a demo thing, What Nitemaer88 said is spot-on.
