Is there a subquest in Kirkwall to find it? Can we choose to keep it for ourselves instead of turning it in for a reward?  Who posted the notice?  What kind of cheese is it?

More likely - I'm guessing - it's an in-joke for Dragon Age: Origins players who recall the huge wheel of cheese next to Leliana in the party camp.
