1 see if you have space on disc then trie to experiment all servers because with me the english didnt work sow i go for french server

Same issue. If I log in with my account and start a new game everything runs fine until I get to the char customation screen. After I press start game the game crashes to desktop.

Altho I have managed to complete game without logging in.

its Dx 11 in the Configuration - change it to Dx 9 and it works fine - see the official thread, they fixed the problem in the game but not the demo
