If we say play the demo on the PC, can we got those items unlocked on a for all version of DAII or just the PC version?

It unlocks on the platform you play on. So, if you played on the PC, it's unlocked on the PC. 360 it's unlocked on the 360, etc.
To unlock on multiple platforms you will need to complete the demo on each platform.
